Implemented Enhanced Search configurable http client

ES needs a https option, instead of being hard coded to use http. ES allows https via different methods, Shield, NGINX, possibly others I don't know about. A little SSL compatibility would be awesome please.

Enhanced Search should allow configuring of the HTTP client it uses, like XenForo does for the trusted vs untrusted http client.

Looks like the threads have been merged. One was talking about the http client being configurable, and the other was about allowing to talk using SSL.

https is no longer an obscure option.

This is a fee based plugin. A little maintenance love on this simple request wouldn't go astray.

2.0 hasn't been released as stable yet, but this feature is in the next major version.
