It's great that the front end member search uses the autocomplete feature, but sometimes you only remember a the second (or third) word from their name.
If the search query doesn't exact match thanks to the autocomplete, it should then user the same search utilised in the ACP that does partial match checking and return all possible users.
Without this, it can be really frustrating for a normal registered user to find that one person they're thinking of.
