Emojis/Smiles In Resource Titles

On the site here I think emojis/smiles should not be allowed in the resource titles. It just looks out of place, unprofessional and distracting.

Here is more evidence that it is a bad idea to allow emojis/smiles on the resource titles. This should be part of the standards here.

Very unlikely to change. Once you enable emojis, they are everywhere unless specific steps are taken to opt out of them, which we're not going to do.

Putting emojis in the add-on name in the addon.json file is silly, but that's a separate issue and mostly just boils down to common sense.

It's not something you have to make complex, just simply adding it to the resource guidelines then asking developers to change the title, much in the same way that happens now when developers use spammy undescriptive titles.
