Duplicate Emoji replaces to <img> tag in quotes in WYSIWYG mode

Editor replaces any emoji symbol in quote author (if one has in username) to <img> tag, if editor uses in normal (WYSIWYG) mode (or you changed your active mode to WYSIWYG):

If quoting operation is performed from simple mode (without rendering quotes and another bb-codes such as Bold, Italic and another), all looks good.

If you enter emoji symbol manually in WYSIWYG mode (with bb-code [QUOTE], of course), all works normally. Before you switch editor mode to "simple" and back to "WYSIWYG".

Fixed - Quoting a post from someone who has smiley in their username breaks quote view

Create a test user with 😎 in their username. Example: Smiley😎 Create a thread with the user. Click "Reply" below the post. The result in the editor would be something like this: test
