I've created a custom bb code and currently have this as a html replacement:
It seems to work OK. The only thing that I dislike is that it has a "download video" option. It also looks messed when you first load the page on an iPhone, then you click play and it works fine. Oh and it seems to autoplay on desktop, which is annoying too.
