MG 2.1 Embed Media Button Not Showing In Editor

I just noticed on one of my XF2.1.1 XFMG2.1.1 forums the camera button for embedding media in a post is not showing in the editor. I checked the custom BB Code and Gallery embed is enabled. Any ideas on why the camera button is MIA?

You need to add it to the editor toolbars using the "BB code button manager" in the Admin CP.
