Embed external svg image

If you embed a external svg file with the insert image by url-function you get a broken image.

Example:

https://www.yr.no/nb/innhold/2-2690960/meteogram.svg

The svg-image works in the editor, but in the preview-mode and in the thread is shows a broken link image instead.
