Instead of blocking email sites, there should be a whitelist to only allow specified ones.
This can also be used to prevent email misspellings.

How can email white-list prevent email misspellings?

I check my site's email inbox and I see a lot of misspelled domains like htomail.com, yohoo.com, etc which spam me with failed delivery notifications. Then people ask me why they aren't getting the activation email.
