Duplicate email when someone quotes you or tags you

I would love it if there was an option to receive e-mails when someone quotes your post or tags you. I actually opt-out of receiving emails because I don't think I need one for every thread I make a comment in, but it would be nice to be notified when someone is addressing you directly.
