Hello everyone,

I’d like to follow up because it seems I’m not the only one affected: since last Tuesday, no one has been receiving confirmation emails from a forum (XenForo platform).

It’s therefore impossible to complete a registration, and despite my attempts (using several different email addresses, checking spam/junk folders, filters, etc.), nothing ever comes through. I also tried contacting the staff, but without success.

Since the forum is still active, could an administrator please check whether the email delivery system is experiencing an issue?

We can only provide support to licensed customers. If you are licensed, please add your forum username to the Forum users page in your Account area and then post in the correct forum.
