XF 2.0 Email style

Just to save me some time hunting, is there any way to force all emails to use the default XF style, not the user's selected style?

Search the Admin CP for the option "defaultEmailStyleId".

You are correct. It uses whatever is set as the default style. Not the user selected style.

I changed it per Chris' reply.
