XF 1.1 Email Password Reset Not Working

Well today I came into contact with one of my forum members trying to reset their password since they forgot it.

So they go through the password reset with Xenforo you know put your email and or name in and complete the thing to make sure they are human. And they do recieve the email to click the link to reset their password and when they click it and get redirected back to the site they get:

So I thought that was weird so I decided to try it also and I got the same problem?

Any suggestions and or help would be very much appreciated. Thanks!

Edit: Could any add-ons cause this or something? Just really want to figure this out so it's doesn't cause any problems in the future.

I would bet that your board URL is set wrong in Admin CP > Basic Board Information.

Well I have the XenPorta mod installed.


And the URL I have set up for the Board Url is http://www.classygamers.com/forum

And on the url that was sent for the password reset was: http://www.classygamers.com/forum/lost-password/etc.. (You know the regular stuff that comes after)

Any Idea's on what could be causing this issue? :\

Yeah the board URL is wrong. Drop the forum bit in the URL it will start working.
