Email Confirmation Links Not Working

Hello
When new people register on my site and receive the email confirmation link, the link doesn't work and they can't register.

Also, when they try to create a new password the email confirmation link doesn't work.

It says the page could not be found.

What should I do?

Your Board URL is probably wrong:

Admin CP -> Home -> Options -> Basic Board Information -> Board URL

Although, I have no need for email confirmation, I haven't used this since email confirmation has been bypassed by bots for years now

I'm not really sure what email confirmation does, other than confirm that you have the users email (which I supposed is useful for contacting your forum users), but I find it a bit annoying to make users jump through hoops on registration... I would remove my captach if I didn't need to leave there as an example.

Have you got an example of a registration email link (it doesn't have to be an acitve one)

How should the board URL be set?

Set it to the base URL of the forum directory, minus the ending slash. Example:

http://xenforo.com/community

That is the board URL for this forum.
