Fixed Email "Account Approved" shows URL twice

at the "Account Approved Email" (when Admin manually approves User-Registration), then the user receives the following Email-text:

username, the account you registered at Dogs Community has now been approved. You may now visit our site as a registered member.

http://www.domain.com/

Thanks for registering. Your registration is now complete.

This was done intentionally but I agree it's weird, so I've removed the second one now.
