currently I'm using no specific cookie settings in the configuration file which means that the cookie is set by the current domain (www.example.com). However I need to change $config['cookie']['domain'] to '.example.com' so that I can read the cookie on any subdomain. More Details: https://xenforo.com/xf2-docs/manual/config/#cookie-settings
No problem, that should work.
However, I wonder what the are the consiquences of changing the value on my live site? Does that mean that all of my thousands of users will have to re-login? Or are currently already set cookies not effected by this?
