    You need to check all the standard stuff: disable all add-ons (via the control panel), test on the default style, and (in this case), test with the default (English) language. If any of those steps fixes it, you need to identify which element is the cause and resolve it there.

    You never mentioned whether you can reproduce it here (in the test forum), with another browser, etc.

    It's really difficult to help if you don't answer my questions.
    • Can you reproduce it on these forums? You can post in the test messages forum.
    • What browser are you using? Can you reproduce it in another browser?

    It seems his problems is coming from some utf8 characters.

    Code:
    фывфывфывф
    ыpвфыв
    ыpвфы

    It's working here:
    фывфывфывф
    ыpвфыв
    ыpвфы

    But here is the output on his website:
    output.png

    BbCode=>Wysiwyg: no problem
    Wysiwyg=>Bb Code: the issue occurs

    If the message is typed in the Textarea editor, the ouput will be ok.

    It might come from your php installation. You should contact your host and ask him to check if your PCRE supports utf8 characters.
    Check this post and this demo (from the post). You might also check this.

    Problem fixed.
    Thanks all.
    The problem was in the user group files.
    After restoring the files offline replaced a group of files.
