Fixed Editing a post and switching to the BB Code editor, editor window reduces in height

Edit a short post (1 or 2 lines).
Switch to the BB Code editor and the window shrinks in height to 6 rows.

A related bug is after cancelling the edit, and then clicking edit again, the message content is blank, even when clicking on More Options.
