XF 1.5 Edited header and now member card and style chooser not working

OVERLAY NOT WORKING:

I edited my header, its pulling a WP header into XF. Now when i click on a member username the member card does not load, same goes for the style chooser; when i go to choose a style the popup to choose a style is not loading.

Any input?

EDIT: However when i open in new tab (both style chooser and member) it works in a new page. But the actual member card and style chooser overlay is not loading.

That sounds like a JS error.

Did you add custom JS to the header?

The header is being hooked from the WP side so I'm pretty sure it has JS in it. Any work arounds?

I would first check the browser console to see if there are any errors.

Very likely to be a jQuery clash - your WordPress theme may be using a different jQuery version or both may be trying to load at the same time.
