Once you have purchased a license, to receive support you will need to link your forum account to your license.
You can do that in the Forum Users section of the Customer Area here: http://xenforo.com/customers
Once you've done that within about 15 minutes or so you will be able to post here: http://xenforo.com/community/forums/styling-and-customization-questions.47/
That is the correct forum for this type of question.
