RM 2.0 Edit category – can’t find it

I can’t find how to edit a category from an existing resource.
We are trying to rearrange all existing categories to make it easier for user to find what they want, but I can’t find how to move existing resources form one category to another.

To edit a resource's category, ensure the permission Edit any resources is set for each moderator requiring it at Groups & permissions, Moderators. This can also be set on a per user group basis at Groups & permissions, User groups.

There are two ways of doing this - from the resources list or within the resource itself:
