XF 2.0 While registering, due to choise, show the category or not? (Is it possible?)

I wan to make choices the new users while they are registering, and due to the answers, they should see the special categories or forums.

For example: I am registering and answering the special field on the registry page

Q: "Are you Student or Teacher?"
A: "Student"

Now, i can see the "Student Category" but not the "Teacher Category".

How can i do that, is there any add-on for that?

I don't want to create a new user group and set the permissions one by one, that is so tiring. Users must make a choice and then automatically can or can't see the special categories.

Create a new user group and a new user group promotion according to your custom field. It will promote your users automatically after max 1 hour. You could even run the job manually to fasten up things.
