3.9 is ... just something you can feel. But, it can't make much damage (unless you're literally building house of cards, and very unstable house of cards at that).

But, New England is in USA.

I remember when Melbourne Australia had an earthquake. It could be felt all over the state of Victoria.
Earth tremors happened.
It was felt in portsmouth in the UK along with a few other places in the UK. As well as it being in CANADA
