v2.2.11 reverted most of the XF2.210Patch1 changes which is really unexpected

The package was built mistakenly from XF 2.2.10 rather than XF 2.2.10 Patch 1.

If you've already upgraded re-download the XF 2.2.11 files and re-upload the files.

If it was before the time that the post by @XenForo was added to the release thread then re-download the files and upload them.

@Mendalla, you'll have to upload the files manually.
