XF 1.2 Duplicates when editing phrases/templates

Hi,

Not sure what I have done wrong but I have a weird problem as whenever I edit a phrase or template and then save it I get a duplicate listed. An example, I edited the xenforo_copyright phrase three times, now I have three copies, two of them have the same URL but the third has a different ID and has the delete cross (revert option) against it. All three share the same language ID and same content, finally, the change is not reflected when I refresh the browser.

Any help appreciated.

Can you replicate this with add-ons disabled?

Yup,

Just disabled all listeners and I can still replicate the issue.
