XF 1.4 Duplicate Usergroup Permissions?

Is there way to duplicate usergroup permissions from one group to another?

No, and that's not the way to do it, anyway. Everyone's primary user group should be Registered.

I've read that and I am going to take that advice. However, I am a super administrator, the top member. I cannot edit/delete, etc. I am going through the permissions, etc., and I can't for the life of me figure out what I am doing wrong.

Actually, none of my staff can edit or delete or anything and I am just stumped.

Follow-up...

I have edited usergroup permissions for administrators and edited user permissions for myself and other admins, and no one can moderate. I just can't figure what mistake I am making.
