Drift - Light 1.5.22.0

No permission to download
Well, I've talked to our DC and they said they are having routing issues with the hardware. It should be replaced now. I've never had this issue before, nor heard of it for that matter :P

Audentio will release a thirdparty.css to add such things in future releases. Looking forward to it :D

Changelog
01. Feb. 2012
Added XenPorta 1.5.2 support and fixed the GCL for threads (Categories, Article_View and Globalized Custom Layouts for Threads)

Okay, it's ready for the beta period. All I mean is simply that I have done all that I can to make it consistent and I need some people to give it a quick try on their live or demo board. Any issues will be fixed ASAP.

View Drift Dark Live

Existing customers can download from your customer area (both light and dark are packaged together). Please note that due to the way XenForo exports themes, you need to have Drift installed and Dark set as a child for it to work correctly.

Drift 1.2

With the release of Drift Dark, we also are releasing Drift 1.2. Please note the following important changes:

  • The AD Styler theme files (js/ad_styler/1.0/styles/drift/*) have all been updated. If you are running this live, please delete the existing files and upload the new ones. You will also have to clear your local storage. It will work if you don't, but it might be a bit buggy. So be sure to do this before reporting AD Styler-related bugs.
  • A few CSS changes in Drift Light was made to be a bit more consistent with Dark.
  • The category strip is now based off of @mainHue. I felt that there was more color needed and I felt this did the trick. If you do not like this, it is very easy to put it back the way it was. You just need to remove the background color for the Category Strip property.
  • thirdparty.css has been added, but I have yet to add anything in there yet. I urge people to come forward such as Daniel Thomann (thanks!) has to report mod inconsistencies. Chances are they can be fixed with a few lines of CSS. See here for more info on this.
Have fun!

Thanks,
Mike

P.S. New media/and a new video is coming soon that will be much more helpful in using this extremely customizable product.

Audentio submitted a new resource:

Drift - Light (version 1.2.0) - Control, on Nitrous

Drift is an advanced theme for XenForo. With Drift - Light, you automatically get the dark version, Drift - Dark. The product includes the AD Styler which allows your users to edit the theme subjectively. For example, if they prefer a dark background, they would be able to edit that themselves without affecting anyone else's view of your site.

There are...

Hey,

I found a bug with the option not to display the adstyler. I added it to your bug reports (pending/awaiting approval) on your site. ;)

I also have another matter to discuss with you privately, I'll hit you up with a PC.

Jason, I just found what was causing that. Firefox doesn't like positive text-indent values that go above total width of the browser, so here is the fix for it. (and this would be done on both the light and the dark version of the skin)

Appearance > Styles > Drift [Dark] > Templates > drift.css; find "#QuickSearchButton", change text-indent: 9999px to -9999px (just making the value negative). It is fixed in my local version and will be fixed in the next patch, to which I will be fixing a few of the minor bugs. I also want to clean both the skins up a bit and make them just a bit simpler.

Great, I'll apply that fix tonight!

EDIT: This worked perfectly! Thanks!

I'll be in touch!

Trying to ask question on your site, I have replied to many threads and still can't post anything. I like to purchase DRIFT, but have questions..

Oh sure, you can either use our contact form or just pop me a message here. Sorry about that, we get quite a bit of spam and that was just a measure to help control it.

Once more issue, when I try and upload a picture it does not give me an option for Thumbnail or Full image.
