XF 2.1 doubleclick making site not secure on home page

I have xenporta 2 from 8WAYRUN I do a lot of hosting of youtube videos from channels I support with site. Lately I've noticed just the homepage is coming up insecure from doubleclick which is coming from google themselves. Curious how the heck I get rid of this? I'm on chrome, I've checked it's in site itself because it comes up also on firefox and internet explorer. But no where else on other sites I visit.

Now once i go to main forum the ssl certificate re-activates.

Also I noticed on mobile a red triangle comes up when signing in or trying to post.
