Not a bug Double post buttons

I have allowed guest to post in a specfic forum.
when posting a new thread as guest , Im getting double post buttons.
Im using XF 1.3.0, and can reproduce this in the default style.

Do you have an add-on or template edit that adds a permission as to who can create polls and who can't?

If so, that's the cause of this.

There is no permission to prevent the creation of polls and it is the poll creation form that is missing.
