XF 2.3 Does XF send out email notifications if the user's content receives a Reaction?

Does XF send out such email notifications? If so can this be controlled somehow so that members only receive email notifications for Positive reactions?

Both for reactions and trophies, this would be a crap ton of email for busy sites. Low volume board, fine, probably...

I already get reaction summaries (weekly) for another service and I kind of hate it.

Yes, of course. But that is because sending out email notification for ALL reactions has little value. However, nudging inactive members with specific appreciative reactions would entice them to come back to the board. It would send positive feedback to inactive members. This works great.

I've done this in my reputation system for xf1 and it brought back a lot of inactive members on my big board. Not just any member, but especially the long gone ones with high post count and good posts. The email notification does need to be crafted well.
