XF 1.5 Does XF 1.5 do notifications for account upgrade expirations?

I did a search of this forum and found posts indicating that XF 1.4 added functionality to notify users of account upgrade expiration, but I can't find such an option in XF 1.5. Can someone please tell me where to find it?

It's automatic - members will receive an alert.

Thanks, Brogan. My members tell me they aren't getting any such alert. I'll have to problem solve why that is happening.

IIRC, we don't do an alert for recurring upgrades, on the basis that there may be a temporary downgrade due to delays, but otherwise it shouldn't expire unless you've taken an action (to cancel it).

If we're not talking about a recurring upgrade though, then I'm not positive of the cause.

@Mike If it's a recurring upgrade which expires because the member canceled in PayPal, will it do an alert?

No, recurring upgrades don't trigger an expiration alert.
