Does xenforo install with the default character set = utf-8 ?

Does xenforo install with the default character set = utf-8 ?
I know the forum formally known as vBulletin doesn't, and this has caused lots of problems.

Yes, the character set is utf8 and collation is utf8_general_ci for all the database tables.
You can check the complete schema in /library/XenForo/Install/Data/MySql.php.
