XF 1.5 Does anyone know how OnePlus are achieving this look?

As the title says really i am wondering how they are getting this look on their xenforo forum https://forums.oneplus.net/

I have widget framework but cant see how they are getting categories and post new thread button in the sidebar.

They are using Widget Framework, quite possibly using some custom developed widgets:

Hm that's what i thought. Sadly i am not that clever to develop a custom widget. Thanks
