I can bought a brand new license, but right now i'm having problem transfering my Moneybookers money.

I'd imagine so? Lol! I dunno, she was looking for another host, hence suggestion of Mike Edge. I just assumed her current host was crappy, with security flaws or something haha. :)
 
i am at namecheap... they are quite good, always good support and cheap too. I am happy with them
Rapidgator is much better (faster) but more expensive too ;)

I had these "Small"/"Private" Hosters a lot too, but also always got in trouble with them.

If you want a Host that keeps the DDoS Attacks away from you, you should take a look for Webhosting with/or extra DDoS Protection.

Everything costs Money.. And here we are again ;)


BTW. If you are planning to run a Forum you should always use a legit one.
Sooner or Later your User will find out and they kick Asses a lot.

And.. You never know who puts any Expoits in it too ;)
