You could potentially try using the website's Contact Us form, which is linked in the bottom right hand corner of the site.

This will send through an message to the forum administrator's email address set in the board's options.

That may help you get through.

Holy hell, someone actually did contact XenForo about getting into contact with another forum's admin :O

We receive at least five emails a week from people wanting us to fix the registration form on forum X or contact the admin or forum Y.

I surely wish this notice did help, but it seems about as effective as storing your valuables inside a safe made from cobwebs.
