Pinterest did a great job of getting members, who never read the TOS of course, to agree to indemnify Pinterest against all claims, pay all penalties, and pay Pinterest's attorneys in case of suit for copyright infringement.

I hate the turds that go straight to google instead of coming to me and sending me a formal email. When they go straight to google, I want to find a way to screw them over. If they came straight to me nicely, then I'd gladly comply with their wishes or come to a mutual agreement.

Some of these people are exceptionally stupid too. A lot of my members copy and paste stuff and put a link to the original content. If these people were smart, they would want my stuff in the results to get more PR juice and even another possibility someone lands back on their site through google results. Stupid stupid people.
