XF 1.5 Distorted Pages

Many times I attempt to load my site it is distorted. I contacted the host but they said it's not a problem on their end.

I wouldn't be surprised if this is related to the memory limit issues from your other thread which appears to be affecting template compilation. Increase the memory_limit to 128MB to prevent that and it should fix this too.

Unfortunately this is still an issue. The host increased the memory limit a couple months ago but it doesn't seem to be what was causing this.
