XF 2.2 Display widget only on a specific link

Hello guys, I would like to display one of my widgets just on a certain link, to be more exact: "https://example.com/forums/#home"
Anyone have any idea on how to do this?

If the default widget locations don't work, you can add a widget to a template directly using <xf:widget key="widget_key" />.
