XF 2.2 Display of a specific sub-forum on the index page

I have forums, which have dozens of sub-forums. I want to highlight a specific sub-forum, so that they can see it and access it directly from the main page. How can this be done? Is there a plugin that allows this?

It's not aesthetic to me, adds an unnecessary line in the index.
Is it not possible to define that the specific requested sub-forum will appear in the line of the parent forum?
Basically, in the admin settings, it is possible to apply a setting that all sub-forums will be displayed either in a pop-up menu or under a category. I'm basically requesting that I be able to set up a single sub-forum that will appear below the category, but with the same appearance.
