Display feed like twitter

Does anyone know if it's possible to show an updated feed like twitter's main page? I'm referring to their Top Tweets but for xenforo, it'll be used for the different forums in a non static way.

Sorry if I was not clear. I'm not looking to display twitter feed. I was thinking of maybe a page to pull the latest forum posting similar to what twitter has on their front page.

Would it be possible to create an auto updating page and tell it to show "what's new" for a certain forum? Using twitter as an example, I can sit there and watch things update in front of my eyes without touching the keyboard. Or even make an auto updating "Home" page instead of a splash page.

I think what you're asking for is ajax based auto updating of new posts.

If it ever gets implemented then it should be possible (via an add-on) to filter it per forum and add it to the sidebar for example.
