If I enter a special character in my prefix, it will be displayed correctly:

but when you make your selection, it looks like this:

Under xf1 it is displayed correctly:

We turn all special characters into their equivalent entities in XF2, so just type a & into your prefix group title rather than the & that you're currently using and all will be well.
