XF 2.2 Dismiss notice page not found

I was checking my site errors in Ahrefs and I am getting errors for not having this page: https://www.englishforum.com/study/account/dismiss-notice

Is there a reason this page hasn't been created? Or a way to fix this?

The page does exist, but it's only available to a registered users. (Guests use a JS-only approach to dismiss notices; they'll never hit that URL unless JS is disabled.)

So really, there isn't anything in particular to fix.

It appears that non-registered spiders can "see" the dismiss-notice pages. It is appearing as 403 in my site audits.

I dont want to open a new thread so I write here, when I am not logged in sometimes when I click to dismiss the cookie notice while the site is loading it takes me to this page account/dismiss-notice and it tells me "You must be logged-in to do that."
Why does that happen?

That would suggest JS hasn't been fully loaded.
