Lack of interest disclaimer field

I'm sure this is just as easy to add into a template, but maybe a field in the options for a site disclaimer?
Options -> Basic Board Information --> disclaimer
And maybe a copyright information field.
Options -> Basic Board Information --> copyright notice

I went to go edit this on my installation and was surprised it wasn't there, and didn't see any other thread about it. Definitely want this in.
