RM 2.0 Disallow soft-deleting reviews?

I would like to know this too. I just opened a ticket up wanting to know how someone did this. There should be a setting to prevent this like XFMG comments which has a few settings for comments. (ex: edit permission, edit time limit, and a delete permission)
I was told there is no way to prevent members from deleting reviews. 
I hope they add this as some point. We've had some members go rouge and try to delete all their posts and comments. I can prevent the posts and XFMG comments but not he Resource reviews.
