When someone leaves the forum, it should be possible to delete his media. I checked my permissions and am superadmin & mod, and have all media permissions set to Yes. Yet, when I tried to go delete someone's media, it gets soft deleted. I only have a "Delete" button, it doesn't specify soft or hard delete. So, I use Delete, and afterwards I still see the album/pictures but they are "in status deleted".
Are there easy ways to permanently delete someone's pictures from both the database and the file system?
I created a ticket with XF support, and they first replied that I should not delete the user before dealing with contents (as I mentioned you should also be able to do that when deleting someone, not just upon disabling the profile), then they said there is an option to hard delete or soft delete all media, but, can't find it. I'm using XF2.2 with the XF additional media.
Any help is appreciated.
