XF 2.2 Disable watching content with moderator actions

XenForo has a user preference for Automatically watch content you interact with but this seems to also apply to content that you interact with via moderator actions, such as approving things in the Approval Queue.

Is there any way to turn this off?

Okay a correction, it's that XenForo automatically Watches any resource that you download with no option to disable that.

Yes there is.

Move your mouse to the resources tab, click the down arrow next to it and then click on watched resources then when the page loads, click on manage watched resources. You can disable email notifications or unwatch all resources or if you just want to unwatch a particular one, you can go to the resource page and click on unwatch.
