XF 2.2 Disable user change log during job

I've built a few custom add-ons to import some data for an upcoming vB -> XF convert. There are several tables I'm converting, with upwards of 300k rows in each. I'm doing the conversions with a job process. There may be better ways, but this way was easy for me to do. Anyways, every imported row is causing an entry into the user change log. Is there a way to disable that while the job is running?

You can disable the change log prior to saving like so:

$user->getBehavior('XF:ChangeLoggable')->setOption('enabled', false);
