Add-on Disable "there are more posts to display, view them" within active threads?

Not sure if this would be an add-on or a template modification or if you can easily disable it by default....

Coming from VB, my members are REALLY struggling with this. I'm on other sites where this doesnt exist but I cant find where to disable it.

I suggest you not remove this feature. Your members will get used to the changes in a very short time and grow to appreciate this little notice.

I'm already used to it so I'll just keep encouraging them to do the same.
