XF 1.4 Disable Outbound Email?

I want to set up a copy of my XenForo forum for testing. Is there a way to disable all email being sent through the forum?

Alternatively, if you actually want to test that email is working but not being sent off the box; my addon Email Transport to /Dev/Null maybe be useful.
