Hello, I'd like to hire somebody to create an addon that adds permissions to prevent a selected user group from editing their own password and email address. The addon should be thorough and when either permission is enabled there should be no way for the user group to change their email and password from XenForo. Admins should still retain this functionality from the Edit user screen, however. There should also be an options page with a couple of basic options as named below.
Here are the specifics:

Remove "change" button in Account details unless custom link is set from Options panel. Also, the edit email page should be inaccessible:
Remove password fields from Password and security page. Keep two-step verification.
Forgot your password? Should be removed and added back only if custom link is set in Options panel. The lost password page should be inaccessible or redirect to same custom link:
