Add-on Different kind of forum list tabs

Now I kind of like Waindigo's forum list tabs, but theres still some stuff I really want. i want the categoryStrip to show up like this website here. http://www.hackforums.net/ And I would like to name the tabs.

I don't know if you can use Waindigo's addon as a base, you'll probably have to ask him, or make a completely new addon.
